CONSTRUCTION PHASE CONSULTANT.

We lead daily coordination meetings with contractors to align fabrication details with the design intent and address issues promptly, ensuring smooth project progression.

ARCHITECTURAL BIM FACILITATOR.

Using **AutoCAD BIM360**, we create a centralized platform for real-time access to project data, enhancing collaboration and efficient project management. BIM360's cloud-based system streamlines communication, updates, and issue resolution.

DETAIL DESIGN ARCHITECT.

We focus on detailed design, producing meticulous drawings and specifications that ensure high-quality, functional, and sustainable results.

FABRICATION DRAWING AND CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR.

We coordinate fabrication drawings using **BIMcollab** with Archicad and **Autodesk Navisworks** with Revit. These tools help manage design changes, resolve issues, and ensure precise construction alignment. By leveraging these roles and technologies, we deliver projects with precision, creativity, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
